Great progress; it was under 30 mins last year, just under an hour the year before.
Questions in light of this and other recent posts at sites we're all familiar with: is the 'Net a right or a privilege? Time to train and license users (no papers, no PC) or push full responsibility to ISPs? With the 'Net going to phones, refrig, etc. is that even a solution? Balkanization is one course of action naturally, but does the complexity that follows kill IP proliferation? Is that even a bad thing?
