Give me the 3 month Treasury rate plus half a point for overhead.... Would be willing to pay that for a decade (that rate is going to be near zero for a decade).

Near zero... Hmmm... Sounds very familiar, I wonder who tried that? Bernanke is so driven by not wanting to preside over a 1930's style depression he is setting us up for 1990's Japanese style depression!
