I heard a report this morning* on either NPR or Marketplace that Indonesia is considering withdrawing from OPEC and stopping the export of oil. According to the report, Indonesia is now using all the oil it produces and can no longer export, so it's pulling out of the organization.
*Can't currently find the report online at either site.
