Frank and Dodd have their dirty little finger prints all over our financial mess. And now they're going to fix it? Its just a guess, but look for all benefits going to the Bankstas. Notice that they want to merge all regulatory bodies into one, which will be much more easily controlled. The question is, who will more easily control it and to what benefit?
