Today: Running tests on the new software tool (Momentum) my team and I built in conjunction with the great folks at S4. We're still refining it, but the early results are amazing. After seeing it at work, I couldn't imagine being in a high profile business today or doing any form of public relations, campaign management, crisis management, marketing, etc. without it. It's that good.
The best way I've found to describe using it? It feels like a seat at the center of the global information flow, allowing you to see the dynamics driving any conversation you care about -- crisis, brand, event, person, etc.. All in real time and in a package even a CEO could use.
