  • Karl Denninger over at Market Ticker does a pretty good job with this article on OWS, "Capitalism", and the Tea Party.
  • Nice.  A Ghengis Kahn exhibit is touring the US.  Was just doing some reading on Ghengis.  
  • Transition 2 Resilience learning tour in the EU.  Helping people think through what's required to transition a community.
  • A proposed Robin Hood March on 29 October for OWS.  A march in favor of a 1% tax on financial transactions (the upshot is that it might beat down high frequency trading systems, aka market hacking, that are causing flash crashes and general instability).
  • Pandemics and Zombies from the CDC (centers for disease control).
  • Interesting confrontaton on YouTube.
  • A majority of Americans (~70%) dislike Wall Street and the US government equally.  A majority holds for Dems, Independents, and Republicans with both.
