Here's a question for you.

How is being a guerrilla, i.e. one who fights to tear down the dominate institutional framework because of a strongly held belief that they are a failure and illegitimate, different from the being an entrepreneur, i.e. one who strives to create bring into existence new institutions that fill the voids created by existing institutional failures?

I don't think John makes the distinction. Many times he calls Al-qaeda wannabes "entrepreneurs" in the bazaar.
