Mr. Robb,

With the power outages in NYC and the continued inability to provide a steady source of power in Iraq, what approach do you think will have to be undertaken, or eventually will evolve (by entrepreneurs or local governments,) to provide power services? I have read that in Northern Italy the power business has been liberalized to allow small "mom & pop" power producers into the picture to provide power on a local level where the large regional or national monopolies can not effectively provide power.

Power needs to become (on a US wide scale) a two-way platform and not a distribution system. The way we do it now is totally ass backwards.
